  1. What kind of price can I expect?
    We work with margins up to 10% of the actual market value. So you can expect an honest price for your iDevice...
  2. Is this a free service ?
    Usually, yes. Although our customers pay the shipping costs we reimburse the shipping costs after we successfully processed your sale. For example. If you sold your iPhone to us for 200 euro according to the calculator. We will pay 200 euro + 15 euro extra to cover any shipping costs you made. So in total, you will receive 215 euros. Shipping costs for most EU countries to the Netherlands are around 15 euro. Sobby will cover these costs up to a maximum of 15 Euro
  3. Does Sobby sometimes not cover shipping costs?
    In rare instances, yes. If you send us products that have faults, or are locked with pincodes or AppleIDs you dont know we will not cover your shipping costs. Also if you send us products where cosmeticly they deviate extremely from the calculator we will not cover your shipping costs. For example, if you send us an iphone and on the form you selected the option as good as new and in actuallity the iPhone is filled with scratches or has hidden faults, we will not cover the shipping costs.
  4. Is there a limit of products i can send to Sobby?
    Not really, but if your planning to ship over 20 units please contact us to discuss better shipping options and in some cases better prices.
  5. How long does it take for me to be payed?
    As soon as we receive your shipment we will make sure to process and pay you within 1 workday. The average shipping times from EU countries to the Netherlands are 3 workdays.
